The amount of Php 7,076 was added to the funds of the Grade six graduating class of 2011intended for the walkway. The amount raised by the class was insufficient so i took the initiative of diverting this amount only to complete the intended project.

The cash on hand in the amount of Php 33,631.00 was used for the rewiring of the Elementary department. It was also a project of the Family Council but due to lack of funds it was not realized. It had been realized thru the excess fund from the re-painting.

The status report will also be posted later. (Hopefully it will not be that late. he he he)

It is very noteworthy that our very own alumni in the persons of Mr. IAN RONALD LISWID together with Mr. DONALD POMEKCHA were the ones who have re-wired our school. They spent Saturdays and Sundays for this project (especially for DONALD) in time for our Grand Centennial Celebration. And for the information of everybody their services were FREE. That is why in the expenses there was no mention of LABOR.
