Bob Changat, Fr. Maurice Liswid Galasa, CICM and Rod Peleo during the ordination
at the Sta. Rita de Casia Cathedral, Bontoc, Mountain Province.

Fr. Maurice is with the SVES batch 1992. He is the 6th SVS alumni who entered the priesthood.
Five other priests ahead of him are, Fr. Joe Requino, Fr. Benny Castañeda, Fr. Andrew Claver,
Fr. Mynem Vincent Sagandoy and Fr. Marcial Castañeda. Four of them are serving in the
Apostolic Vicariate of Bontoc-Lagawe, except for Fr. Benny C. Castañeda who is with the
Apostolic Diocese of Baguio City.

Prior to the ordination of Fr. Maurice, he was assigned in Africa for almost three years. After his
ordination he will stay in Bontoc momentarily while waiting to his next assignment-
