Happy Graduation SVS Batch 2010
Today is the day that you have been waiting for. Today you reap the
fruits of your hard labor; the reward of several years of burning the
midnight oil.
I want you to savor this day. Be happy. Celebrate with your family
and friends for you deserved it.
Don’t forget to thank everyone who helped you reached this day.
Thank your parents for their undying support to you. Thank your
teachers for their patience and dedication in teaching you everything
you needed to learn. Thank your classmates for always being there and
for sharing in all your school’s tasks and events. Take a good look at
each of them for many of them you will not see for a long long time, and
some you may not have the chance to meet again for each one of you will
go on their separate ways. Okay, a few will get in touch with you for a
lifetime. But no matter what happens remember most of all to thank
God for making all of these possible.
However, bear in mind that after graduation is not a time to relax
rather it is the time for preparation and soul searching. For
graduation is not the end of a book, but just finishing a chapter. You
have to enter another episode, another exciting and much more
challenging phase. Be therefore strong and always strive for
perfection.
But for today, throw all your graduation caps in the air and just
smile, enjoy and celebrate.
Happy Graduation Day to all.
If You BelieveYour diploma means a
future without boundaries,
A world that's full of energy and fun,
Coming to College Life may not be the same as Elementary or High school life
Just go on and face it. You are all Equipped with it,
So
as you reach for all life has to offer,
Remember that you're second
to no one.Pursue your goals, yet keep your loved
ones close,
As you utilize your talent and ambition.
Let your
friends and family give you their support,
And you'll master every
challenging transition. And always, know you can achieve
The things you really want, if you
believe.

Re: Happy Graduation SVS Batch 2010
Dear friends, alumni, SVS faculty and batch 2010,
On behalf of the SVS Website Team headed by our dear Webdeveloper, I would like to present the solicited effort and cash donations from the alumni members who have responded positively on this endeavor. It is not so much but it´s a gift coming from the hearts of each person who have shared their thoughts and ideas about this upcoming 2010 graduation.
It was in early February when Mr. Christopher Che-es and Mr. Julian Chumacog told me that one of the teachers of SVS elem will be retiring this year. I asked Sir Chris being the principal of the SVES if what can we do to help a little? so he replied suggesting if through the alumni website we can come with something special for Maám Tina on her retirement.
In as much that we would like to surprice maám Tina and the graduating students, we decided not to post it here but instead we contacted few alumni friends whom we know for suggestions and donations. Among eight people we emailed, six responded favorably. At least in just a very short period we were able to make it just on time. The medals are made by Laudo´s Platas y Cristales, designed in Barcelona.
Here are the following donors of the medals for batch 2010 Graduating and
Honor pupils/students both for SVES and SVHS. Likewise for the plaques to be awarded to Mrs. Martina Te-elan Fagyan.
Mr & Mrs. Robert and Cecilia Chumacog- donated 100 Canadian dollar
Ms. Maria Christina Lacochao Saengma- donated 100 Canadian dollar
Miss Virginia ¨Bheta¨ Yawan Dalog- donated 100 Sterling Pound
Mrs. Freda Lacochao Changat- donated 100 Euro
Warm acknowledgement to Mrs. Lucille Claver Baldwin in Hawaii and Mrs. Lilian Peleo (sorry I forgot her married name) in New Zealand who both expressed and extended their support to the school in other means. Philippine Consulate Office in Barcelona for helping on the speed delivery of the six kilos package via air-cargo to the Philippines.
By now the package has arrived in Manila and it will reach SVS, Bontoc by Wenesday or Thursday morning through Cable Tours. We hope to hear from any school representative once they received the package.

" Si sir Bontokinian samet ket sumaa this year."
On second thought, have re-scheduled trip to Bontoc for next year to coincide with the Centennial celebration. Hopefully, the definite date of the Centennial shall be posted early here by the organizers so that those interested to attend can plan their trips.
