Hello sir Julian and sir Chris, since many of us can not attend the regular SVS alumni foundation regular meetings, we wish to suggest that whatever the decided date will be, kindly post it earlier in this forum thread. This is for everyones sake and convinience to schedule their travels especially those coming from the land of ad-adchawi. Thanks!

Maybe there are other suggestions from the members, please speak up your thoughts.

Here´s an update about the SVES Centennial Event on 2011.
Meeting was held on Saturday, August 07, 2010 at 1;00 P.M at the Sta. Rita Parish Hall. The main agenda taken was the preparation for the launching and centennial celebration of Saint Vincent Elementary Department.

SVS alumni foundation officers with Mr. Christopher Ché-es, Sr., SVES principal and Mr. Julian Chumacog, SVHS principal together with faculty members attended the meeting. Alumni based in Bontoc plus those residing from the nieghboring towns was able to attend... Minutes of meetings will be posted later.

It is important that the date set be announced early asap in order to enable those who wish to attend plan their schedule accordingly.

Maybe this I can provide... It was planned and decided that the launching of SVES Centennial celebration will be this coming October 29, 2010. It was suggested by some alumni that the launching should be made simple to avoid expenses and to encourage alumni local and overseas to prioritize their itinerary travel ahead of time to attend the main grand SVES centennial celebration on OCTOBER 29, 2011 next year. Just sharing.

Hello sir Chris, muchas gracias por las actualizaciones muy importante. We appreciate very much for keeping us abreast on the latest developments in preparation for centennial 2011.

The proposed activities are all good sir... Aside from the different commitees that you might have created already I suggest too that maybe we need encharge person for each program activity for easier coordination and planning. ( it´s like WHO TO CONTACT) or shall the Overall Program Committee handle all the program activities sir? just a thought...

As for the theme: gawis am-in but I choose No. 1. ¨REmembering... Revisioning... Moving On...¨

Sir Chris and everyone, this is a nice proposal. It would be great to have a batch coordinator or contact person/representative per batch... We look forward to having the list of names from each batch posted here. Many of our members here if not most are facebook subscribers and it seems each batch are organizing to come up with something. I noticed at FB that those who are enrolled in college are the active ones. Good sign!
